The Manager will also be responsible for setting up and implementing internal audit policies and procedures for a complex, multiple location company.Responsibilities ? Coordinate the efforts of a service provider with documentation, enhancement, execution, and analysis of internal controls with ongoing testing and monitoring to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements ? Administration and implementation of SOX ? Coordinate the testing of internal controls by the independent accountants ? Monitor and report audit results, as they relate to the testing of internal controls, to management ? Other ad hoc projects as needed for the Corporate ControllerRequirements ? 2-five years+ background with a big four accounting firm auditing public entities and testing internal controls ? Expertise to isolate and analyze process improvement areas and communicate effectively to management ? Firm knowledge of sections 302 and 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 ? Superior performance working under pressure on multiple tasks and meeting deadlines ? Detail and task-oriented with strong work ethic and professional habits ? Good communication and management skills ? Microsoft office skills, including Microsoft word and Microsoft excel Education ? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting from a top tier business school ?
