The position involves selling software development services, over the phone, on behalf of Software Development Services company.As a Software Development Sales representative you will help increase industry commerce by connecting buyers and sellers in specific industries. Manage and Generate your leads and drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals.? Assess your client?s software development needs (over the phone) and find out what they need and their deadlines.? Perform a high-volume of outbound sales calls to businesses in US and Canada? Plan and organize your time effectively to allow an optimal frequency of outbound sales calls per day and to meet required talk time metrics.Requirements-------------------------? Must have phone and be able to call any US phone number.? Must be able to work 8-5 US Hours (any set 2 hours - 10-15 hours maximum per week)? Minimum of 2 yrs. of relevant Sales experience preferred but not required; i.e.advertising sales, phone sales and media sales? Excellent communication skills (oral and written); ability to be quick witted and to have a clear and concise phone conversation.? A confident and strong passion for sales and meeting sales goals.? Ability to learn and implement feedback quickly.? Strong computer skills.? Self- motivated, driven, and possess a desire to achieve financial success.? Strong work ethic.?
